Kim Müller is part of Digital McKinsey and a passionate expert in human-centered design, with over 10 years of experience in various fields of digital design.
She started her journey by developing and designing websites when she was 17 years old and acquainted herself with a broad set of design skills over the years. Her design expertise is in human-centered design strategy, experience design, design research and digital transformations.
Before joining McKinsey & Company she worked for several digital agencies, design studios and startups within cross-functional teams. She enjoys working with and leading design teams where she applies and coaches on applying principles of agile working e.g., through Design Sprints.
By now she has been driving digital transformation across industries (e.g., banking, insurance, automotive, travel, retail) and regions – in Europe, the US, Middle East and Asia.
Today she is based in Hong Kong and her focus lies on creating digital human-centric and innovative customer experiences in Asia where she creates business value for McKinsey’s clients through design strategy, research, ideation and delivery.
