Having previously held the positions of Head of IT and Head of Operations at Grana, one of Hong Kong’s most disruptive, and successful, apparel start-ups, and now a Co-Founder and the CTO at Olasso, a successful Hong Kong-based logistics and post-purchase experiences technology start-up. Poole has been an active voice and presence in the development of innovative retail technologies and experiences globally. With rapid technological advancements continually altering the fabric of society, Poole strongly believes in a cognitive approach to incremental innovation to ensure that the developed solutions target core individual needs and desires.
