Amy Ip is a Partner of White Knight Group, a revolutionary investor helping startups to transform their business. She practices design thinking and service design methodologies to help companies to transform in their business. Previously she was Group Director of Fjord Hong Kong (Fjord is part of Accenture Interactive), Design Expert at Tencent (Social Network Group), Senior Director of Tencent Games, Senior User Experience Designer for Microsoft (Redmond) and Yahoo! HK.

Ip was trained as an Interaction Designer at Carnegie Mellon University and has over 20 years’ experience in bringing ideas to services/products. Some of her previous projects includes Arena of Valor, Qzone, QQ VIP Services, Tencent Cloud, Windows Live Messenger & Spaces, Lync Communication (previous version of Skype Business). She was the first hired Interaction Designer at Yahoo! HK in 2003 and has helped developing design process and tools with cross-disciplinary team. While Ip was at Fjord, she led Digital Transformation Programs to help clients transform their businesses; her projects including banking, insurance, automobile, telecommunication, and retail industries.
